Role Description
Lead learning strategies that strengthen employee capabilities, engagement, and organizational performance.
Identify development needs, create learning programs, manage training initiatives, and evaluate effectiveness.
Partner with business leaders and HR teams to align learning initiatives with organizational priorities.
Responsibilities
- Develop annual learning plans and coordinate internal and external training.
- Design leadership and professional development programs.
- Support onboarding and career development.
- Use learning data to measure learning effectiveness and business impact.
- Build a strong culture of continuous learning and development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of learning and development principles, instructional design, and adult learning methodologies.
- Experience with training needs analysis, learning program development, and performance evaluation.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and digital learning platforms.
- Strong project management, presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
