Key Responsibilities
- Assess markets, client segments, and growth corridors and develop business cases.
- Support coverage models, operating models, resource planning, and governance.
- Define business requirements for Trade Finance, GTB, Cash Management, and connectivity platforms.
- Conduct product and platform gap analysis and support transformation initiatives.
- Coordinate with Corporate Banking, GTB, Operations, Technology, and international teams.
- Lead requirements gathering, workshops, process documentation, and implementation tracking.
- Develop KPIs, dashboards, and management reports to track expansion and business growth.
