Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional HCM Consultant

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements for enhancements and customizations and prepare technical requirement documents.
• Lead and support configuration and maintenance of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Talent Management, and Compensation.
• Prepare estimates for custom requirements and project schedules.
• Build custom reports, interfaces, and integrations using the Fusion Technology Stack.
• Work with functional consultants to assess the feasibility of business requirements.
• Provide post-implementation support for production issues and maintenance activities, including change management.
• Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Test and document code changes across unit, component integration, system integration, performance, and capacity testing.
• Conduct quality reviews of code changes and implementation deliverables.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• Bring 7-10 years of overall professional experience.
• Have 2-5 years of experience working with Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Have 3-5 years of experience with HCM Data Loader, HCM Extracts, and HCM Fast Formula.
• Demonstrate strong techno-functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Have strong experience with system integrations and BI or OTBI reports.
• Have at least 4 years of experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, Infolets, SQL, PL/SQL, and HR dashboards.
• Have extensive experience with Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Management, ORC, and application security.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal English communication, including report writing and presentation skills.
• Hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, or a related field.

Work Arrangement

• The position is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
• Candidates must be able to work in the United Arab Emirates.
