Role Overview
Digital Product Manager role responsible for delivery across a website and mobile application.
The role requires hands-on web and mobile delivery experience rather than strategy-only experience.
The position is with a large hospitality brand in Dubai and is initially a renewable six-month contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Own feature, enhancement, and bug-fix delivery across the website and mobile app using agile methods.
- Manage the backlog, user stories, acceptance criteria, refinement, estimation, and sprint planning.
- Support product-roadmap planning and translate commercial objectives into product increments.
- Gather and challenge requirements across commercial, technology, content, loyalty, and hotel stakeholders.
- Manage releases, regression testing, UAT, production validation, and post-release hypercare.
- Coordinate design reviews, analytics, A/B testing, CMS workstreams, suppliers, integrations, and urgent requests.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Engineering, or a similar field.
- At least 3 years of product manager or product owner experience delivering customer-facing digital products.
- End-to-end delivery experience across web and native mobile applications.
- Strong knowledge of agile delivery, product lifecycles, backlog management, sprint ceremonies, and prioritization.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence is required.
- Experience with external development and design partners is required.
- Strong communication, collaboration, influence, problem-solving, and quantitative-analysis skills are required.
- Fluent English is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hospitality, travel, or e-commerce experience is advantageous.
- Enterprise CMS and analytics-tool familiarity is highly desirable.
- Scrum Master, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, or PMP certification is a plus.
