Role Overview

Dautom is seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Architect and Consultant.

The role provides functional and technical leadership for a multi-country Oracle Fusion HCM environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Oracle Fusion HCM solution architecture, design, and governance.
  • Review and stabilize existing HCM implementations across configuration, data, security, integrations, and reporting.
  • Provide expertise across Core HR, Payroll, Time and Labor, Absence, and Talent Management.
  • Design and oversee integrations using OIC, REST and SOAP, HCM Extracts, and HDL or HSDL.
  • Develop or review Fast Formula, BI Publisher, OTBI, reports, and reconciliation solutions.
  • Manage SIT, UAT, regression testing, releases, cutover, and production support.
  • Provide L2 and L3 support, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.
  • Establish standards, documentation, support processes, and knowledge transfer for IT and HR teams.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, HR technology, engineering, or a related field is required.
  • Oracle Fusion HCM certification is preferred.
  • At least 10 years in HCM or HR technology is preferred.
  • At least two end-to-end implementations or major multi-country rollouts in a senior design or architecture role are preferred.
  • Middle East, Africa, or Asia payroll and localization experience is highly desirable.

Required Skills

  • Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, Core HR or Global HR, Oracle Payroll, Time and Labor, Absence Management, and Talent Management.
  • Fast Formula, HDL or HSDL, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, Oracle Integration Cloud, and REST or SOAP APIs.
  • Fusion HCM security and role management, integration troubleshooting, and reconciliation.
