Key Responsibilities
- Formulate accounts receivable management strategies, establish relevant process systems, and drive the launch of corresponding system functions.
- Take full charge of accounts receivable management information systems and platform tools. Continuously optimize workflows and improve efficiency in line with corporate requirements and actual business scenarios.
- Build the reporting system for accounts receivable management to ensure timely, accurate and comprehensive delivery of real time data.
- Conduct operational analysis on accounts receivable, monitor fluctuations of post loan overdue indicators in real time, identify operational risks and conduct multi dimensional root cause analysis.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Information Technology, Mathematics, Finance or related fields.
- Willing to engage in front line work to deepen business understanding; strong data acumen and data processing capabilities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, able to collaborate effectively with management at all levels and business teams.
- Eager for continuous learning and innovation, with a proactive mindset to explore business logic in depth.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast paced environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail, especially concerning numbers and documentation.
