- Contribute to preparation of basic financial reports and assist with data analysis
- Provide support during annual audit and internal reviews by preparing documentation and schedules
- Perform ad hoc finance and administrative tasks as assigned by finance manager
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a Bachelor's degree program in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, or closely related field
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and interest in tax regulations
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP)
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility
- Excellent communication skills and ability to learn quickly
- Must be able to commit to full time internship (5 days/week) for minimum 3 months
- Must have freelance / spouse / parent visa

Internship Overview
- We are looking for a motivated and detail oriented Finance & Tax Intern to join our team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands on experience in core finance and taxation functions within a real world business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the end to end process of VAT invoicing, including issuance, verification, and management to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Support the preparation of materials and documentation for timely tax filings and other compliance related tasks.
- Contribute to the preparation of basic financial reports and assist with data analysis to support decision making.
- Provide crucial support during the annual audit and internal reviews by preparing necessary documentation and schedules.
- Perform a variety of other ad hoc finance and administrative tasks as assigned by the finance manager.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Bachelor’s degree program in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, or a closely related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and an interest in tax regulations; prior academic or practical exposure is a strong advantage.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel (e.g., PivotTables, VLOOKUP). Familiarity with any accounting software is a significant plus.
- Meticulous attention to detail, a strong sense of responsibility, and a proactive mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and a demonstrated ability to learn quickly in a fast paced environment.
- Must be able to commit to a full time internship (5 days per week) for a minimum period of 3 months.
- Ideal candidate must have freelance / spouse / parent visa.
