About the Role
CDHorizon is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage and coordinate the movement of rental equipment (AWP, Earthmoving, Scaffolding) across yards, customer sites, and maintenance facilities in the UAE.

Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate daily transportation of rental equipment.
- Schedule deliveries, replacements, relocations, and collections efficiently.
- Coordinate with transporters, drivers, and yard teams to ensure on time movements.
- Optimize vehicle routing and load planning to reduce idle time and costs.
- Monitor transportation KPIs (on time delivery rate, turnaround time).
- Track GPS and fleet movement for improved planning and reporting.
- Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Operations teams for scheduling and job planning.
- Prepare and maintain logistics documents (delivery notes, collection reports, gate passes, movement permits).
- Ensure compliance with local transport regulations and company SOPs.
- Coordinate with third party transporters and monitor their performance.
- Negotiate transport rates and maintain cost control.
- Monitor yard stock of available, under maintenance, and rented equipment.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in logistics within the rental or heavy equipment industry.
- Experience handling inter branch equipment movements across the UAE.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (preferred).
- Relevant logistics/supply chain certifications are an advantage.

Job Summary

- Support Sales in urgent deliveries and customer commitments.
- Prepare and maintain logistics documents (delivery notes, collection reports, gate passes, movement permits).
- Ensure compliance with local transport regulations and company SOPs.
- Maintain equipment movement tracker and update ERP/system records.
Qualifications & Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in logistics within the rental or heavy equipment industry.
- Experience handling inter branch equipment movements across the UAE.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (preferred).
- Relevant logistics/supply chain certifications are an advantage.
Key Skills & Competencies
