Requirements
- Proven experience in delivery, logistics, or fleet operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good knowledge of UAE roads, routes, and locations
- Ability to manage large teams of riders and daily operations
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Own visa preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day delivery operations
- Manage and supervise bike riders and fleet performance
- Plan routes and optimize delivery efficiency
- Monitor KPIs such as delivery time, productivity, and customer satisfaction
- Handle operational challenges and implement solutions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams
