Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage client renewal schedules
- Contact clients before renewal due dates and explain the renewal process
- Collect required documents and information from clients
- Coordinate with relevant government authorities and free zones for license and visa renewals
- Prepare and submit renewal applications accurately and on time
- Follow up on application status and keep clients informed of progress
- Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, PRO, Finance, and Operations) to ensure smooth processing
- Generate renewal quotations and invoices in coordination with the Finance team
- Maintain accurate client records and update the CRM/database
- Ensure compliance with UAE laws and regulatory requirements
- Resolve client queries related to renewals and provide timely support
- Prepare renewal reports and track monthly renewal targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 1–3 years of experience in business setup, corporate services, or document processing in the UAE
- Good knowledge of UAE mainland, free zone, and immigration renewal procedures
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Ability to handle multiple renewals while meeting deadlines

Job Summary
- The Renewal Executive is responsible for managing and processing renewals of business licenses, visas, establishment cards, and other government related documents for clients.
- The role involves ensuring timely renewals, maintaining compliance with UAE regulations, and providing excellent customer service throughout the renewal process.
