About the Client
The client is a newly established professional cleaning and property snagging services company.
The company provides residential, commercial, specialist window and façade cleaning, and property inspection solutions.
Job Description
- Set up and run day-to-day cleaning and property snagging operations.
- Plan manpower and inspector scheduling, deployment, site coordination, service standards, equipment, suppliers, inspection reporting, and operational processes.
- Build the client base through prospecting, networking, referrals, partnerships, and direct approaches.
- Manage the sales and service cycle from lead generation and client meetings through site surveys, costing, quotations, negotiations, contract closing, mobilization, inspections, and follow-up.
- Develop pricing, service packages, SOPs, operational workflows, sales strategies, quality standards, and growth plans with management.
Qualifications
- At least five years of relevant experience.
- Experience is preferably in cleaning services, property snagging or inspection, facilities management, property services, or building maintenance.
- A strong combination of hands-on operations and sales or business development experience is required.
- Proven experience in manpower planning, site surveys or inspections, scope preparation, costing, quotations, mobilization, quality control, client management, and team coordination.
