Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven **Operations Manager** with strong experience in **manpower supply and workforce management**.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient deployment of manpower, and maintaining client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end **manpower supply operations** across multiple projects
- Plan and coordinate workforce deployment as per client requirements
- Ensure optimal utilization of manpower and minimize downtime
- Supervise site coordinators and operational staff
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and address operational needs
- Monitor attendance, productivity, and performance of workforce
- Ensure compliance with **UAE labor laws**, company policies, and safety standards
- Coordinate with HR for recruitment, onboarding, and visa processes
- Prepare operational reports and provide insights to management
- Handle escalations and resolve operational challenges efficiently
Requirements
- Minimum **5+ years of experience in manpower supply/operations management**
- Strong knowledge of **UAE market and labor regulations**
- Proven experience in handling large workforce deployment
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience in construction or manpower supply companies is a strong advantage
