Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced **Credit Controller Manager** to oversee credit control operations, ensure timely collections, and manage customer credit risk.
The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen and experience in managing receivables within the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the company’s credit control function and accounts receivable processes
- Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments and minimize overdue balances
- Develop and implement effective credit control policies and procedures
- Conduct credit checks and set appropriate credit limits for clients
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and manage collections
- Prepare aging reports and provide regular updates to management
- Resolve billing discrepancies and customer queries efficiently
- Coordinate with sales and finance teams to improve cash flow
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
Requirements
- Minimum **5 years of experience in credit control/accounts receivable**
- Strong knowledge of **credit risk management and collections**
- Experience in UAE market preferred
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
