Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department.
This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to start their career in HR and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Maintain and update employee records and HR database
- Assist in preparing HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, and policies
- Handle employee queries and provide administrative support
- Coordinate training sessions and employee engagement activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Freshers are encouraged to apply
- Basic understanding of HR functions and best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
