Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **Complaint Handling Executive** to join our team in Dubai.

The role involves handling customer complaints and ensuring timely resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all cases
  • Communicate with customers to understand issues and provide solutions
  • Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution
  • Ensure compliance with company policies

Requirements

  • Fresher or entry-level candidates welcome
  • **Male candidates preferred**
  • Fluency in **Hindi and English (mandatory)**
  • **Good knowledge of MS Excel (mandatory)**
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases

Preferred Skills

  • Customer service experience (preferred but not required)
