Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **Complaint Handling Executive** to join our team in Dubai.
The role involves handling customer complaints and ensuring timely resolution.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all cases
- Communicate with customers to understand issues and provide solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution
- Ensure compliance with company policies
Requirements
- Fresher or entry-level candidates welcome
- **Male candidates preferred**
- Fluency in **Hindi and English (mandatory)**
- **Good knowledge of MS Excel (mandatory)**
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases
Preferred Skills
- Customer service experience (preferred but not required)
