Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in Operations Management
- Strong background in Family Entertainment Centres (FECs) highly preferred
- Candidates from theme parks, amusement parks, or similar high footfall entertainment environments will also be considered
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Strong understanding of customer experience and operational standards
- Dubai experience is essential
- Must be based in Dubai
