- Manage inventory levels, stock control, and demand planning to avoid shortages and overstocking
- Monitor wastage and put controls in place to reduce loss
- Lead, schedule, and supervise the operations team
- Plan manpower around peak times, seasonality, and business needs
- Train, coach, and develop staff to build a strong, accountable team
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and quality standards across all areas

Requirements
- Strong experience in F&B with cloud kitchen operations, OR solid experience in a hypermarket with deli operations (essential)
- Proven experience managing multi channel or multi site operations
- Good working knowledge of inventory, ERP, and POS systems
- Solid understanding of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
- Strong financial awareness: cost control, margins, and basic unit economics
- Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Hands on, practical, and comfortable working on the floor and behind the numbers

About the Role
- The Operations Manager is responsible for the day to day running of the company Market’s operations across store, café, online, catering and market.
- Reporting directly to the CEO, the role ensures that every part of the business runs smoothly, efficiently, and to a consistently high standard.
- This is a hands on role for someone who can balance operational discipline with practical problem solving, keeping costs under control, maintaining food quality and safety, developing the team, and ensuring customers receive a reliable, high quality experience every day.
