- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence
- Arrange travel plans, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation
- Conduct research and compile relevant data to aid executive decision making
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Prepare expense reports and oversee executive budgeting
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient working environment
- Manage office equipment and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Support the Operations Team as required to ensure compliance across all areas
- Provide administrative assistance to the wider team
- Liaise with service providers and negotiate contracts for office related services

Requirements
- Fluency in English is essential
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or a similar role
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks effectively, and perform well under pressure
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills

Executive Assistant Responsibilities
