Responsibilities
- Create original visual concepts that inspire and inform the target audience
- Build and maintain cohesive brand identities, including logos, colour palettes, and comprehensive brand guidelines
- Design functional and beautiful labels for products, ensuring technical and regulatory information is integrated seamlessly
- Design product packaging aligned with sustainable and eco friendly principles
- Manage the pre press process, ensuring all files are technically perfect for professional printing
- Design engaging assets for website, email marketing, and social media channels
- Create layouts for physical marketing materials, including brochures, posters, and large format signage
- Work closely with product, marketing, and procurement teams; coordinate with packaging suppliers and printers
- Support event branding for markets and activations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in graphic design (FMCG or food industry experience preferred)
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, and print work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Knowledge of print production processes and packaging materials

Key Responsibilities
- Brand Identity & Visual Strategy: Create original visual concepts; build and maintain cohesive brand identities; expertly select and pair typefaces.
- Packaging & Product Design: Design functional and beautiful labels; design product packaging aligned with sustainable principles; manage pre press process.
- Layout & Multi Channel Composition: Design engaging assets for website, email marketing, and social media; create layouts for physical marketing materials.
- Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with product, marketing, and procurement teams; coordinate with packaging suppliers and printers; support event branding.
Requirements & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in graphic design (FMCG or food industry experience preferred).
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, and print work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Knowledge of print production processes and packaging materials.
- Experience with sustainable packaging concepts and eco friendly design practices (preferred).
- Understanding of food labelling regulations and compliance requirements (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Creative and innovative mindset with strong commercial awareness.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Passionate about sustainability, conscious living, and ethical branding.
Compensation
- Pay: QAR5,000 QAR8,000 per month.
