Job Summary

Store Operations Leadership

• Lead and support Area Managers and Store Managers across assigned territories.
• Ensure stores follow Nike retail standards, SOPs, safety protocols, and compliance expectations.
• Own territory KPIs including revenue, conversion, ATV, UPT, productivity, shrinkage, and customer service.
• Perform structured store visits with follow-up actions and continuous performance tracking.

Commercial Performance

• Drive territory commercial performance.
• Lead weekly and monthly business reviews to analyze sales trends, identify gaps, and build action plans.
• Execute promotions, campaigns, and seasonal launches with Marketing, VM, and Merchandising teams.
• Build annual store performance forecasts and support budgeting with the Operations Director.

Merchandising and Inventory

• Coordinate product availability, replenishment, and assortment alignment across stores.
• Provide feedback on stock gaps, assortment performance, customer buying trends, and SKU productivity.
• Support execution of brand visual standards and floor-set requirements.

People and Performance

• Lead and coach Area Managers through development, performance management, and succession planning.
• Partner with HR on frontline capabilities, training pathways, and leadership pipelines.
• Ensure stores are staffed appropriately, schedules are optimized, and labor aligns with productivity targets.
• Drive a high-performance and customer-first culture.

Compliance and Improvement

• Monitor compliance with operational checklists, loss-prevention guidelines, audit standards, and health and safety requirements.
• Lead operational improvement initiatives across districts.
• Support rollout of new retail systems, tools, and processes and ensure adoption by store teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with Operations, Merchandising, VM, Marketing, HR, and Finance on integrated commercial and operational plans.
• Represent Operations in brand, business, and strategic discussions when delegated.
• Act as an escalation point for Area Managers and coordinate issue resolution with relevant departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, operations, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in large-format or specialty retail operations.
• At least 3–5 years of multi-store leadership experience at Area Manager or Cluster Manager level.
• Demonstrated success managing international retail brands, ideally in sports, fashion, or lifestyle industries.
• Strong P&L understanding and proven commercial acumen.
• Multi-country or high-volume territory experience is preferred.
