Role overview
The role transforms interior spaces to meet specific design and functionality needs.
Projects are expected to be completed efficiently, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
Project responsibilities
- Oversee retail fitout projects from initiation through completion.
- Deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Act as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and manage budgets, cost estimates, tracking, and reporting.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks against required standards.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Maintain project documentation and provide progress reports to stakeholders.
Experience and capabilities
- 6–7 years of experience handling retail, F&B, and supermarket projects.
- The role requires attention to detail, effective problem-solving, and adaptability.
- A client-focused approach and commitment to strong client relationships are expected.
Workplace
- The work involves retail fitout projects and regular site inspections.
People management
The role has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
The incumbent is expected to collaborate across functions and provide specialized expertise, guidance, and support toward organizational goals.
