Role overview
Operations and Strategy Intern role supporting digital advertising and recruitment marketing operations for Tier 1 and Tier 2 clients.
The intern will develop media execution plans, implement campaign posting strategies, analyze performance data, and optimize campaigns for client impact.
The position is a 3–6 month internship with possible extension or conversion based on performance and business needs.
Location and schedule
- The role is based in Bengaluru, India and requires working from the office five days a week.
- Working hours are 2–10 pm.
Responsibilities
- Develop media plans and digital content posting strategies for recruitment advertising clients.
- Implement high-volume campaign posting plans through the internal execution platform.
- Analyze campaign data and monitor engagement, conversions, ROI, and other performance metrics.
- Contribute optimization ideas and data-backed insights in team and cross-functional meetings.
- Collaborate with Account Management and Creative teams to align campaign strategies with client goals.
- Stay current on digital advertising and content distribution trends and apply relevant practices.
