JVR Group is seeking an Operations & Logistics Coordinator for its freight forwarding operations.
The role coordinates daily logistics activities, shipment movement, operational records, and communication with customers, suppliers, drivers, and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor daily logistics operations.
- Ensure smooth movement of shipments and maintain accurate operational records.
- Communicate with customers, suppliers, drivers, and internal teams.
- Follow up on customs clearance, delivery, pickup, transportation, and shipment documentation.
- Coordinate with multiple suppliers and service providers while managing multiple jobs simultaneously.
Requirements
- Candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, or operations coordination.
- The role requires at least 3 years of relevant experience in the UAE.
- Good knowledge of UAE logistics operations, Dubai Trade, and Calogi is required.
- Strong organizational, follow-up, communication, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills are required.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel is required.
- Hindi and English language proficiency is required.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,500–AED 3,500 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is Al Qusais.
- The role is performed in person.
