Role Overview
JVR Group is seeking a Customer Service and Pricing Coordinator for freight forwarding and logistics operations.
The role supports shipment movement, operational records, customer communication, and coordination with suppliers, drivers, and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor daily logistics operations.
- Ensure smooth movement of shipments and maintain accurate operational records.
- Follow up on customs clearance, delivery, pickup, transportation, and shipment documentation.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, drivers, and internal teams.
- Manage multiple jobs simultaneously.
Requirements
- Candidates should have 2–3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, or customs clearance.
- The role requires at least 3 years of logistics, freight forwarding, or operations experience in the UAE.
- Good knowledge of UAE logistics operations is required.
- Hindi and English proficiency is required.
Skills
- Good organizational, follow-up, communication, and problem-solving skills are required.
- Candidates should have good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple suppliers and service providers is required.
- Knowledge of Dubai Trade and Calogi is required.
Compensation
- The description lists monthly pay between AED 2,500 and AED 3,500.
- A second salary statement lists monthly pay between AED 3,000 and AED 3,500.
Workplace
- The work location is Al Qusais.
- Work is performed in person.
