JVR Group is seeking an organized and proactive Operations and Logistics Coordinator.
The role coordinates daily logistics operations, shipment movement, operational records, and communication with customers, suppliers, drivers, and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor daily logistics operations and shipment movement.
- Follow up on customs clearance, deliveries, pickups, transportation, and shipment documentation.
- Communicate with customers, suppliers, drivers, and internal teams.
- Coordinate multiple suppliers and service providers while managing several jobs.
Requirements
- Have 2–3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, or operations coordination.
- Have good knowledge of UAE logistics operations.
- Have strong organizational, follow-up, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Have good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Speak Hindi and English.
Workplace
- The work location is Al Qusais.
- The role requires working in person.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,500–3,500 per month.
