JVR Group is hiring a Customer Service and Sales & Operations Coordinator for its freight forwarding operations.
The role coordinates daily logistics activities and supports smooth shipment movement and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor daily logistics operations.
- Maintain accurate operational records and shipment documentation.
- Communicate with customers, suppliers, drivers, and internal teams.
- Follow up on customs clearance, delivery, pickup, and transportation.
- Coordinate with multiple suppliers and service providers.
- Manage multiple jobs simultaneously and maintain strong follow-up.
Requirements
- Requires 2–3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, or customs clearance.
- Requires at least 3 years of logistics, freight forwarding, or operations experience in the UAE.
- Requires good knowledge of UAE logistics operations.
- Requires strong organizational, follow-up, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Requires Hindi and English language proficiency.
Skills and Knowledge
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel is required.
- Knowledge of Dubai Trade and Calogi is required.
- Strong attention to detail is required.
Compensation
- The listed compensation is AED 2,500–3,500 per month, with another description line listing AED 2,800–3,500 per month.
Workplace
- The role is based in Al Qusais and requires in-person work.
