This role is ideal for a professional driver who can ensure safe and timely transportation of staff, office documents, and company materials while supporting smooth day-to-day business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport staff, office documents, and company materials to assigned destinations.
- Ensure timely pickups and deliveries according to schedules.
- Follow UAE traffic regulations and company transportation policies at all times.
- Maintain the cleanliness and good condition of company vehicles.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance requirements promptly.
- Keep accurate records of trips, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance activities.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials when required.
- Support office staff with transportation-related tasks and errands.
- Ensure safe handling and delivery of confidential documents and materials.
Requirements
- Valid UAE driving license with a clean driving record.
- 2–3 years of professional driving experience in Dubai.
- Good knowledge of Dubai roads and traffic regulations.
- Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality.
- Basic communication skills and professional behavior.
- Ability to manage schedules and transportation tasks efficiently.
- Physically fit and capable of handling light loading duties if required.
