- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, and system related issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems promptly to minimize operational downtime
- Monitor network performance and ensure system security and reliability
- Manage user accounts, email systems, passwords, and access permissions
- Perform routine software updates, system backups, and preventive maintenance
- Maintain IT asset inventories and technical documentation
- Coordinate with external vendors for equipment maintenance and technical support when necessary
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and cybersecurity best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or system administration
