About the Role

- Assist in new product development, including maintaining product specifications, costing sheets, and sample tracking
- Enter and update data for new and existing products in ERP or internal systems
- Coordinate with suppliers for raw materials, packaging, and product samples
- Support the logistics team with shipping documents, airway bills, and export/import paperwork
- Assist finance with product costing, purchase orders, and invoice entries
- Liaise with production and QC teams to ensure accurate product data and smooth workflow
- Maintain organized records for product launches, packaging artworks, and approvals
- Prepare reports related to product status, shipments, and costing updates
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of data across all departments
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the perfume industry or related FMCG sector
- Strong skills in data management, coordination, and communication
- Knowledge of shipping and basic finance procedures
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and ERP/accounting software
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
