- Contact inactive customers from existing database
- Verify customer information and current location
- Re engage former customers and convert them back into active subscribers
- Present promotional offers, discounts, and meal plan options
- Understand reasons for cancellation and address customer concerns
- Follow up with interested prospects to maximize conversions
- Contact active customers periodically to gather feedback and identify retention opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system
- Achieve daily call volume, reactivation, and retention targets
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in outbound sales, telesales, retention, or customer reactivation
- Proven ability to convert leads and achieve sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong objection handling abilities
- Comfortable making high volume outbound calls
- Basic computer and CRM skills
- Fluent English & Hindi required
- Knowledge of nutrition, healthy eating, fitness, or meal subscription services is a plus

Job Summary
- We are looking for an experienced Customer Reactivation Agent to reconnect with our inactive customer base and bring former customers back to our meal subscription plans.
- The ideal candidate will have strong outbound calling and customer retention experience, be confident in handling objections, and have the ability to convert inactive customers through personalized offers and effective communication.
- Knowledge of nutrition, healthy eating, or meal plans is an added advantage.
