Job Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to meet the company’s objectives.
  • Plan and execute advertising campaigns across various direct mediums, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy.
  • Execution and design marketing campaigns and work on PR media channels.
  • Research and identify appropriate media channels for different campaigns.
  • Negotiate with media partners and vendors to secure the best rates and placements.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling marketing materials including SMS, WhatsApp content, banners, print ads, radio scripts, flyers, and hoarding designs.
  • Ensure all content is on brand and aligns with the company’s messaging.
  • Monitor and track performance of outbound sales efforts, evaluating KPIs and reporting on results.
  • Implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities and potential partnerships that can drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand the company’s reach and presence in the market.
  • Develop and execute the marketing calendar, reinforcing brand positioning and messaging.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in offline and online marketing, with a minimum of 5+ years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of traditional advertising channels, including print media, radio, outdoor advertising, PR, ATL/BTL activities, flyer distribution, voucher distribution and hoarding management.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative campaign ideas.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools for campaign management and analysis.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Should speak English fluently.
