- Define and drive the mobile architecture strategy across multiple Flutter applications
- Establish and enforce engineering standards, best practices, and development frameworks
- Design scalable, reusable, and maintainable application architectures
- Lead the development of shared modules, libraries, and white label solutions
- Ensure consistency in code quality, performance, security, and user experience across products
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with strategic objectives
- Contribute directly to Flutter development and architectural implementation where required
- Support the evolution of CI/CD processes, testing strategies, and release management practices
Requirements
- Extensive hands on experience developing production applications using Flutter
- Proven experience operating at Lead Developer, Principal Engineer, or Architect level
- Strong track record designing and delivering white label applications, reusable frameworks, or shared mobile platforms
- Experience working across multiple applications and environments simultaneously
- Demonstrated success in defining standards, establishing governance, and unifying architecture across teams
- Strong understanding of mobile application architecture patterns, scalability, performance optimisation, and maintainability
- Experience leading technical decisions within complex enterprise or platform based ecosystems
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Role Overview
