- Lead the end to end product development lifecycle from ideation through launch and beyond
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams
- Prioritize product backlog and manage project timelines
- Utilize A/B testing, user research, and market analysis to gather insights and improve product
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success
- Serve as key communicator, articulating product vision and progress to stakeholders
Requirements
- 4+ years in product management or equivalent experience
- Strong background in Agile management practices and Scrum methodologies
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with ability to make data driven decisions
- Proficient in basic user research skills, creating surveys, and conducting user interviews
- Comfortable working in dynamic, non structured environments and capable of managing crises effectively
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Degree in Engineering, Management, Economics, Finance, or Marketing
- Strong problem solving aptitude and strategic mindset
- Fluency in English is essential
