Responsibilities
- Support Category Director in developing and executing category strategies
- Manage SKU level assortments across assigned fragrance brands
- Monitor stock levels across retail stores and e commerce platforms
- Maintain and optimize planograms for brand visibility
- Develop and manage fragrance category calendar including launches and discontinuations
- Prepare SKU level sales forecasts aligned with budgets
- Analyze inventory performance and recommend corrective actions
- Coordinate regulatory and compliance requirements for new product launches
- Collaborate with brand partners and internal stakeholders for activations and campaigns
- Manage end to end lifecycle of assigned fragrance brands
- Lead regular business reviews with brand partners
- Coordinate brand activations across retail and e commerce channels
Requirements
- Minimum 3 4 years of experience in Merchandising, Category Management, Brand Management, Buying, or related commercial role
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make data driven decisions
- Proven experience managing brands, assortments, and commercial partnerships
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive, detail oriented, and commercially minded
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Position Purpose
- The Fragrance Merchant supports the execution of merchandising strategies at regional level by adapting central assortment, allocation, and activation plans to local market needs.
- Ensures product relevance, inventory optimization, and consistent execution across stores.
Assortment Management & Merchandising
- Support Category Director in developing and executing category strategies
- Manage SKU level assortments across assigned fragrance brands
- Monitor stock levels across retail stores and e commerce platforms
- Maintain and optimize planograms
- Develop and manage fragrance category calendar
- Prepare SKU level sales forecasts
- Analyze inventory performance and recommend corrective actions
- Coordinate regulatory and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with brand partners and internal stakeholders for activations
- Handle shelving plan for in store merchandising
Brand Management
- Manage end to end lifecycle of assigned fragrance brands
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brand partners
- Develop and execute brand strategies
- Lead regular business reviews with brand partners
- Identify commercial opportunities
- Monitor and report on brand performance
- Develop compelling business presentations
Omnichannel & Marketing
- Collaborate cross functionally for consistent brand experiences
- Coordinate brand activations across retail and e commerce
- Secure and manage brand assets for digital campaigns
- Ensure timely procurement of samples and gifts
- Lead brand participation in PR and influencer activations
- Coordinate annual PR, seeding, and gifting plans
- Support execution of digital marketing campaigns
- Define product priorities for CRM communications
- Partner with Social Media team
E commerce Management
- Define and manage online assortment strategy for fragrance category
- Ensure accurate communication of assortment updates
- Maintain balanced online representation of brands
- Collaborate with E commerce team for assets and content
- Identify online exclusives and digital first initiatives
- Monitor e commerce performance and recommend actions
Reporting & Financial Management
- Prepare monthly category and brand performance reports
- Track brand budgets by country and store
- Conduct regular business reviews with brand partners
- Ensure accurate budget management and cost tracking
- Provide management with clear recommendations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 4 years of experience in Merchandising, Category Management, Brand Management, Buying, or related commercial role
- Strong analytical skills
- Proven experience managing brands, assortments, and commercial partnerships
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Proactive, detail oriented, and commercially minded
