MEP Trainer

Technical Compliance

• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, HSE standards and client requirements.
• Promote LOTO, electrical safety, Permit to Work, working at height and confined space procedures.
• Support best maintenance practices and standardise maintenance procedures across facilities.

Stakeholders and Reporting

• Coordinate with operations managers, account managers and site teams to identify training needs.
• Liaise with external training providers and certification bodies and support audits, inspections and client reviews.
• Maintain training records and prepare monthly reports and KPI dashboards.
• Monitor training effectiveness through feedback and performance improvement metrics.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, building services engineering or a related field.
• Certified Trainer qualification is required, while Train-the-Trainer certification is preferred.
• At least 5 to 8 years of facilities management, MEP maintenance or building operations experience.
• At least 2 to 3 years of technical training or learning and development experience.
• Experience training multi-skilled technicians in a large facilities management environment.

Technical Knowledge

• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing and water systems, fire systems and BMS.
• Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance, CAFM systems, technical documentation, risk assessment and RCA.
• Knowledge of commercial, residential, healthcare, hospitality or mixed-use facilities.
