Role Overview
The employer is seeking experienced and motivated professionals for its Facilities Management team.
Candidates with experience in hard services, soft services, MEP maintenance, cleaning operations, technical services, or integrated FM operations are encouraged to apply.
Workplace and Employment
- The role is based in the Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
- Employment type is full-time.
Facilities Management Duties
- Manage and deliver facilities management services in line with client requirements and service level agreements.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
- Monitor subcontractors and service providers.
- Prepare reports and maintain operational records.
- Support client relationship management and service delivery excellence.
- Ensure efficient utilization of manpower and resources.
Qualifications and Experience
- Relevant qualification in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field is required.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of Facilities Management experience is required, depending on the position.
- Strong knowledge of FM operations, maintenance practices, and HSE requirements is required.
Additional Requirements
- Excellent communication and coordination skills are required.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications is required.
- UAE experience is an added advantage.
