Job Summary
The Executive – Soft Services oversees daily soft services operations across assigned facilities.
The role covers service quality, client satisfaction, manpower management, and compliance with Facilities Management industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise soft services operations across assigned sites, including cleaning, housekeeping, waste management, pest control, landscaping, and hospitality services.
- Conduct site inspections and quality audits and ensure compliance with contracts, company policies, and HSE regulations.
- Manage staff deployment, attendance, productivity, discipline, recruitment support, onboarding, and training.
- Coordinate with clients on service requests, complaints, and corrective actions.
- Prepare manpower schedules, duty rosters, monthly reports, and performance reports.
- Monitor inventories of cleaning chemicals, consumables, tools, and equipment.
- Coordinate with technical Facilities Management teams to support seamless facility operations.
- Implement service improvements, cost optimisation measures, and KPI and SLA monitoring.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Three to five years of Facilities Management industry experience is required.
