The employer is seeking an experienced Multi Technician focused on HVAC for a facility management and home maintenance team.
The role is based in Dubai and covers residential and commercial property maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Install, service, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Split, Ducted Split, Package Units, VRF, and VRV HVAC systems.
- Diagnose air conditioning faults and perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Replace compressors, charge refrigerant gas, detect leaks, and complete routine AC servicing.
- Perform basic electrical maintenance, including replacing switches, sockets, lighting fixtures, and circuit breakers.
- Perform basic plumbing repairs, including leaks, taps, mixers, wash basins, WC accessories, and drain blockages.
- Inspect properties, respond to maintenance requests, and recommend required repairs.
- Maintain tools and materials, complete service reports, and communicate with supervisors and customers.
- Follow health, safety, and operational procedures and maintain a clean professional work environment.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting is required.
- Experience with Split, Ducted Split, Package Units, VRF, and VRV systems is required.
- Knowledge of AC servicing, gas charging, leak detection, and compressor replacement is required.
- Working knowledge of basic electrical and plumbing maintenance is required.
- Facilities management or home maintenance experience is preferred.
- The candidate should work independently and provide excellent customer service.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

- The position is located in Dubai and involves work at residential and commercial properties.
