The role is a Landscape Engineer (Civil) responsible for managing and delivering landscape construction projects in Dubai.
The employer is a MEP, infrastructure, and landscape contractor.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage landscape projects from mobilization to final handover.
- Supervise hardscape, irrigation, and civil works.
- Review drawings, material submittals, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients.
- Prepare work schedules, manpower plans, and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, HSE, and Dubai Municipality requirements.
- Monitor project progress, costs, quantities, and productivity.
- Handle inspections, approvals, technical issues, snagging, and final handover.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- 12–15 years of overall experience, including 6–8 years in UAE or Dubai landscape construction projects.
- Strong experience in hardscape, irrigation, infrastructure, and landscape construction.
- Experience managing parks, residential communities, villas, hotels, commercial developments, and infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations and UAE construction standards.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
