Role Overview
A premium perfume brand is seeking a Group Marketing & Brand Director in Dubai.
The role leads overall brand and marketing strategy across the Group.
The role covers brand positioning, international expansion, digital and performance marketing, and consumer experience across retail, e-commerce, and omnichannel platforms.
Marketing and Brand Leadership
- Develop and execute the global brand and marketing strategy.
- Strengthen brand positioning and communication across markets.
- Lead international marketing and market expansion.
- Drive performance marketing across digital channels.
- Oversee digital marketing and e-commerce growth.
- Lead creative and brand teams.
Campaigns and Performance
- Develop integrated online and offline campaigns.
- Enhance customer experience across all channels.
- Use market insights to strengthen brand performance.
- Manage the marketing budget and return on investment.
- Track key marketing performance indicators.
- Manage agencies, influencers, and media partners.
Collaboration and People Leadership
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Retail, E-commerce, and Operations.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Branding, or a related field.
- 12–18 or more years of experience, including at least 5 years in senior leadership.
- Expertise in brand strategy, international marketing, performance marketing, digital marketing, and consumer experience.
- Proven success with international brand campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of CRM, analytics, marketing automation, and e-commerce.
- Excellent leadership, budgeting, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or master's degree is preferred.
- Experience in luxury, perfume, beauty, cosmetics, fashion, retail, or premium consumer goods is preferred.
