Role Overview

HR Strategy and Leadership

• Develop and implement the HR strategy, policies, processes, and annual HR plan.
• Partner with senior management on workforce planning, organisation structure, manpower budgeting, succession planning, and talent strategy.
• Provide HR analytics and insights on workforce and people metrics.
• Build a professional, performance-driven, and employee-centric culture.

Talent Acquisition and Operations

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across clinical and non-clinical functions.
• Develop manpower plans, manage recruitment channels and partners, and coordinate assessments, offers, and onboarding.
• Monitor recruitment turnaround and support professional licensing and credentialing requirements.
• Oversee onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, attendance, leave, documentation, and separation.
• Manage HRMS, employee databases, HR records, and management reports.

Performance and Rewards

• Design and administer performance management, goal setting, KPIs, reviews, and appraisals.
• Identify performance gaps and coordinate performance improvement plans.
• Manage compensation and benefits, payroll inputs, salary revisions, incentives, insurance, leave settlements, and end-of-service benefits.
• Conduct salary benchmarking and recommend compensation structures.

Employee Relations and Development

• Manage employee relations, grievances, workplace concerns, engagement, retention, communication, and disciplinary matters.
• Identify training needs and develop annual learning and development plans.
• Facilitate leadership development, succession planning, and career-development initiatives.
• Coordinate mandatory training and compliance programs for healthcare employees.

Compliance and Workforce Management

• Ensure HR practices comply with UAE labour laws, regulations, and organisational policies.
• Coordinate employment-related requirements with government and regulatory authorities.
• Support audits and maintain confidentiality and governance of employee information.
• Partner with clinical leadership on staffing requirements and support licensing and onboarding for healthcare professionals.
• Monitor staffing, turnover, and workforce availability to support continuity of patient care operations.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
• MBA or postgraduate qualification in HR is preferred.
• Approximately 6–8 or more years of progressive HR experience, including managerial or HR leadership experience.
• Healthcare organisation experience is strongly preferred.
• Good understanding of UAE employment practices; UAE or GCC experience is highly advantageous.
• Experience with healthcare recruitment, licensing, and credentialing in Dubai is preferred.
• Strong experience across the complete HR spectrum.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder-management, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work with senior management and healthcare professionals.
• High integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.
