Requirements
- 2–5 years of UAE experience in MEP QS roles (Mechanical & Electrical)
- Must have handled QS responsibilities from start to completion on the same project (Post Contract)
- Strong understanding of MEP BOQs, IFC drawings, variations, and site coordination
- Proficient in quantity take offs, cost analysis, and material reconciliation
- Experience preparing monthly valuations, variation claims, and supporting documentation
- Familiar with contractual terms, tender documents, and subcontractor agreements
- Works closely with project engineers, procurement, and site teams; prepares accurate reports
- AutoCAD, MS Excel, and QS measurement tools
- Candidates currently in UAE preferred

Job Overview
- Dutco Construction is looking for an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor with strong MEP contracting background and same‑project QS experience in UAE construction projects.
