Role Overview

Quality Assurance (QA)
- Develop and implement QA procedures and policies.
- Conduct regular audits to assess compliance with QA standards.
- Collaborate with project teams to establish quality benchmarks.
Quality Control (QC)
- Implement QC processes to identify and address non conformities.
- Conduct inspections and tests to verify compliance with project specifications.
- Document and report QC findings to relevant stakeholders.
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in QA/QC procedures.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions to enhance project quality.
Primary Deliverables
- Precise and On Time submission of any type of documents/reports/data.
- Complete tasks efficiently and stay within budget as part of your job responsibilities.
Secondary Deliverables
- Provide input to other departments or parties as needed on time.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Review and approve quality documentation and procedures.
- Conduct pre construction and in process inspections.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and compliance.
- Investigate and resolve quality related issues.
- Collaborate with design and construction teams to ensure alignment with quality standards.
- Develop and deliver training programs on quality standards and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of QA/QC activities.
Knowledge Education Experience
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in QA/QC roles within the construction industry.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing QA/QC processes.
- Experience in fit out projects, preferably in a senior role.
- Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations.
Skills
- In depth knowledge of construction fit out processes.
- Familiarity with relevant building codes and regulations.
- Proficiency in quality control testing and inspection methods
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
