Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of Foremen, Chargehands, and site workforce
- Plan and monitor daily work schedules to ensure project targets and milestones are achieved
- Allocate manpower, equipment, and materials effectively across different work areas
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Enforce compliance with HSE regulations and company safety procedures
- Conduct daily toolbox talks and safety briefings with site teams
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Engineers, Construction Managers, and subcontractors
- Monitor productivity and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce delays
- Inspect work progress and ensure any defects or non conformances are rectified promptly
- Maintain accurate records of manpower, equipment utilization, and daily site activities
- Report progress, challenges, and resource requirements to site management
- Ensure proper housekeeping and organization across all work fronts
Requirements
- Experience as a General Foreman or similar supervisory role in construction
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Strong leadership and communication skills

Job Overview
