Responsibilities
- Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQs
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and pricing for electrical works
- Perform quantity take offs and detailed cost analysis
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
- Develop bid proposals and support tender submission activities
- Identify project risks, opportunities, and value engineering solutions
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and competitive estimates
- Maintain up to date knowledge of market rates, materials, and industry trends
Requirements
- 5–6 years of relevant Electrical Estimation experience
- Proven experience working on projects within the Middle East
- Strong hands on experience with Candy CCS Estimation Software
- Solid understanding of electrical systems, materials, and installation methodologies
- Experience in preparing and evaluating tenders, BOQs, and cost proposals
- Strong analytical, commercial, and problem solving skills
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline is preferred

The ideal candidate
- Will have 5–6 years of experience in electrical estimation, a strong understanding of the Middle East construction market, and hands on expertise in Candy CCS Estimation Software.
- You will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing tender requirements, and supporting the successful delivery of competitive bids for electrical projects.
