About the Role
The Talents Pipeline is seeking an MEP Project Manager to lead and deliver Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing projects from inception to completion. - Lead and manage multiple MEP projects simultaneously from award to handover.
- Develop detailed project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and authorities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within approved budgets.
- Supervise site engineers, project engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical submissions.
- Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, international standards, and company policies.
- Manage procurement activities by coordinating with purchasing and logistics teams.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and prepare progress reports.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Role Overview
- The MEP Projects Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and delivering Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects from inception to completion.
