- Manage and supervise all MEP fit out activities at project sites
- Review project drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract documents
- Coordinate MEP works with civil, architectural, and interior fit out teams
- Ensure smooth execution of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV systems
- Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of MEP activities
- Review and verify MEP shop drawings and technical submittals
- Coordinate with consultants and designers for approvals and technical clarifications
- Identify design conflicts and propose practical solutions
- Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and project requirements
Requirements
- Mechanical Engineering degree
- 3–8 years of experience in MEP fit out projects
- Experience in commercial, retail, hospitality, residential, or corporate fit out projects
- Knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV systems
- Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings
