- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives aligned with business goals
- Manage end to end recruitment for HVAC technicians, engineers, sales staff, supervisors, and administrative roles
- Oversee onboarding, orientation, and probation management for new hires
- Support employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Manage attendance, leave, overtime, and workforce scheduling coordination
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies
- Support performance management, appraisals, and employee development plans
- Coordinate training needs for technical, safety, and soft skills development
- Maintain HR records, employee files, and HRIS data accurately
- Work closely with department heads to support staffing and organizational needs
- Assist in compensation, benefits administration, and policy communication
- Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in HVAC, construction, engineering, manufacturing, or similar industries
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor law, and employee relations
- Experience in handling blue collar, technical, and office based workforce
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, multi location, or field service environment
- Professional HR certification such as SHRM CP, PHR, or equivalent is a plus

Role Overview
