Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all activities related to hospitality and residential construction projects
- Coordinate with consultants, operators, designers, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, international hospitality standards, and Saudi regulations
- Monitor quality control, safety implementation, productivity, and project schedules
- Support procurement, planning, engineering, testing, commissioning, and handover activities
- Ensure all works are executed according to approved drawings, method statements, and project requirements
- Participate in progress meetings, technical reviews, and project reporting activities
- Support successful project delivery within approved budgets and timelines
- Coordinate hotel MEP systems including HVAC, fire alarm, BMS, ELV, plumbing, and life safety systems
- Support testing, commissioning, authority approvals, and operator inspections
Requirements
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in construction and project management
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline
- Strong hospitality project experience including hotels, resorts, branded residences, and luxury developments
- Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC countries is mandatory
- Strong understanding of hospitality quality standards, luxury finishing requirements, and operator coordination
- Knowledge of construction sequencing, procurement, planning, and HSE standards
- Excellent communication, leadership, coordination, and reporting skills
