Requirements
- Comprehensive psychological assessment and diagnostic evaluation skills
- Experience providing evidence based psychotherapy for adults with anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, addiction, etc.
- Proficiency in CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR or other evidence based modalities
- Ability to maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation
- Knowledge of ethical guidelines and healthcare legislation

Role Summary
- The Clinical Psychologist provides comprehensive psychological assessment, diagnosis, and evidence based therapeutic interventions for adult patients.
- The role involves developing individualized treatment plans and collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and clinical interviews for adult patients.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient needs.
- Provide evidence based psychotherapy for adults experiencing anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, PTSD, addiction, etc.
- Apply recognized therapeutic approaches such as CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, or other evidence based modalities.
- Monitor patient progress, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and adjust therapeutic interventions when necessary.
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely clinical documentation, assessment reports, and treatment records.
- Provide psychological education and guidance to patients and, when appropriate, their families or caregivers.
- Identify patients requiring crisis intervention and provide appropriate psychological support or referral.
- Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines, professional regulations, hospital policies, and applicable healthcare legislation.
